The city where booking in English is normal

Raanana has one of the largest English-speaking communities in Israel, and we see it directly: a large share of the messages from this city arrive in English, and not from tourists but from people who live here.

So two things are worth stating plainly. Every dancer we work with performs in English — not “manages in English”, actually works in it, because in this city she does it constantly. And this page is not a translation of the Hebrew one. It was written separately, for someone whose life here runs in English, which is why it answers different questions.

The furthest we drive at the standard price

Raanana is the northern edge of what we cover without a distance charge, and getting here takes forty-five to sixty minutes. That is the first thing on the page rather than the last, because it changes how you plan.

What follows from it: a spontaneous booking for an hour from now barely works. A dancer already heading south will not turn around, so the choice narrows quickly. Booking a day ahead solves it completely, and two days at a weekend. In exchange you get a precise time commitment, because when the evening is planned there are no surprises on the road.

A green city, and quieter than you would expect

Raanana is low-rise: mostly private and semi-detached houses with four-storey boutique buildings between them, gardens and mature planting. There are no towers of the kind you find in Petah Tikva and no busy streets like central Tel Aviv.

The flip side is real silence. After ten in the evening a residential street here is completely quiet and anything out of the ordinary carries. That does not mean it cannot be done — it means the set runs at low volume and the dancer works with rhythm rather than loudness. Every dancer we send knows how to do that, and the show loses nothing by it.

What does help is telling your guests before you start. What travels is almost always the audience rather than the music, and ten people cheering at once at midnight on a street like this is heard a long way off.

Cash, and how payment works

Payment is cash in shekels at the end of the show. No deposit, no card details, no transfer in advance. The figure quoted in the message is the figure handed over at the end and nothing is added at the door.

This is worth flagging for anyone used to booking services by card at home. Sort the cash out during the day rather than at midnight in a residential street where the nearest machine is a drive away.

The tech park

Raanana has a large business district with international technology companies, and a steady stream of company event bookings comes from it. The hour is early, between seven and half past nine, the space is a meeting room or an open area, and the audience is mixed.

The set is built differently from a show in a living room: no work with a named individual, nobody seated in the middle of the room, and more burlesque and fashion erotica. The company event page has an honest section on when this is not a good idea for a particular team, and it is worth reading before you book.

A private house with a garden

Most home bookings here come from private houses, and most of those have a garden. Outdoors works in summer, on three conditions.

A hard surface. Grass does not work; heels sink into it. You need a paved terrace or decking about two metres by two.

Distance from the fence. Gardens here are relatively large, which helps, but a neighbour across a fence hears better than a neighbour through a wall because outdoors there is nothing to absorb the sound.

Light. Two warm sources from the side are enough. A floodlight on the wall ruins the show completely.

Why the hour here is earlier

Three things combine: an audience older than our average, a residential city with no nightlife of its own, and a distance that makes people plan ahead. In practice most bookings in Raanana are agreed between half past nine and half past eleven, and very few after one.

It also works in your favour. After one in the morning a return-journey charge is added, and at this distance it is more noticeable than in the centre. It is always quoted in the message before anything is confirmed and never appears at the end of the night.

What people book here

Company events from the tech park first, then birthdays — usually from about thirty-five upwards, in a private house, with guests arriving in couples. Bachelor parties happen, but fewer than in the cities south of Tel Aviv.

There are essentially no hotels in the city, so the hotel format does not apply. Anyone who wants it goes to Herzliya, where the Sharon hotel strip is. Some clients pick a cabin further north instead, which makes sense from here: the drive to the lower Galilee is much shorter than from Tel Aviv.

Styles

Two worlds, as in any city with a business district. For the office: burlesque, fashion and pin-up. For the house: lap dance for a small group and milf for the older audience that is common here.

Club sets and the louder styles suit a quiet street less well, unless the house is detached and set back from the neighbours. Two dancers requested here repeatedly are Michal Rosen and Yonit Dror, and the full catalogue with each dancer’s styles is open to choose from.

Arrival and price

Arrival to Raanana takes forty-five to sixty minutes. Rush hour on Route 4 and at the entrance to the city stretches it, and late at night it shortens. We give a real window rather than promising half an hour that will not happen.

The price is the same as central Tel Aviv: 800 shekels solo, 1,400 duo, 2,200 for the VIP format, including travel, costume and music. There is no distance surcharge for Raanana. What is nearby

Raanana borders Kfar Saba to the east and Herzliya to the south west. The Kfar Saba border is effectively invisible, so if you are close to it just give us a street name and we will give you an exact arrival time.
