South · an hour or more

Strippers in the south

The south has the widest spread of any region we cover: from Ashdod at an hour to Eilat as a trip of several days. This page explains which part belongs to which rate and which kind of planning.

One region, three different timings

The south is the least uniform area on our list. Three and a half hours of driving separate its northern edge from its southern one, so it cannot be described the way Gush Dan or the Sharon can.

In practice it splits into three parts, and each behaves differently.

The near coastAshdod and Ashkelon, an hour to an hour and a quarter. Still inside the standard rate with no travel surcharge, and a day ahead is enough.

The NegevBeer Sheva, ninety minutes. No surcharge here either, but booking moves to one or two days ahead, and it is better to finish before midnight.

Eilatfour hours, and that is a trip of several days rather than a drive. Terms and the travel supplement are set out over messages before anything is confirmed, never at the end of the evening.

What the whole south has in common

Despite the spread, a few things hold across the region and set it apart from the centre.

The first is space. Larger flats, more houses with yards, and parking almost never an issue. That means the whole catalogue is open, including a club set and a duo.

The second is dry air. Away from Ashdod and Ashkelon on the coast, humidity here is low and summer nights are more comfortable than in the centre. In Beer Sheva it goes so far that a set in the yard works even in August.

The third is planning. Nowhere in the south does “in an hour” work the way it does in Gush Dan. Even in Ashdod, the closest, a day ahead changes the answer.

Who books in the south

The common profile is a local group of ten to twenty, a bachelor party or a birthday, at a house or in a flat rented for the evening.

Next come houses let for a weekend — particularly common in Ashkelon and around Beer Sheva, where you can start early and finish late.

Only after that come hotels, and nearly all of them are on the coast or in Eilat. The rules there are the usual ones: the room number at the confirmation stage and no involving reception. More on the hotel booking page.

Summer in the south: two different stories

In July and August the region splits in two, and not by distance but by humidity.

On the coast, in Ashdod and Ashkelon, summer is sticky. An outdoor evening works only late, after nine or ten, and mostly once the wind drops. In Ashkelon that is especially pronounced, because the coast there is completely open.

Inland, in and around Beer Sheva, the opposite: dry air, and the night takes ten degrees off. There the yard is the good option rather than a compromise.

In Eilat there is no argument — in summer everything happens indoors, with the air conditioning started half an hour beforehand.

Distances between the cities themselves

This matters for groups deciding where to hold the evening.

Ashdod to Ashkelon is twenty minutes. Ashkelon to Beer Sheva about an hour. Beer Sheva to Eilat another two and a half. So the first three function almost as a single strip, and Eilat stands on its own.

If your plan is flexible and you want to avoid both a travel supplement and long planning, Ashdod and Ashkelon are the simple choice.

What to put in your message

The city, the date and hour, the kind of place and how many of you. If it is Eilat, send the dates as well, because that is a trip rather than an evening.

You get back who is available, an exact hour and the total price, including a travel supplement where it applies to that city. Cash at the end, no deposit.

FAQ

What people ask The South

Ashdod, Ashkelon, Beer Sheva and Eilat. The first three are at the standard rate; Eilat is a trip of several days with terms given in advance.

Ashdod, Ashkelon and Beer Sheva are inside the standard band with travel included. Eilat is outside it, and there the supplement and the total are given over messages before anything is confirmed.

Nowhere in the south does that work as it does in Gush Dan. In Ashdod a day ahead already changes the answer, in Beer Sheva one to two days, and Eilat is planned in days.

It depends where. In Beer Sheva and the Negev yes, the air is dry and the night is cool. In Ashdod and Ashkelon only late, after nine or ten. In Eilat, summer means indoors.

Almost never a problem. Larger flats and more houses with yards, so the whole catalogue is open including club sets and duos.

Send us the place and the hour. In most cases the answer is yes, with a travel supplement quoted up front rather than at the end of the evening.

800 ILS solo, 1,400 duo, 2,200 VIP. In Ashdod, Ashkelon and Beer Sheva travel is included; for Eilat the terms are given before you confirm.
